Jake Heaps Transfers to Kansas

Jake Heaps has decided to transfer to the University of Kansas. He will play for former New Engaland Patriots offensive coordinator and Notre Dame head coach, Charlie Weis. Weis was recently hired to be the head coach at Kansas.
